Digital Marketing & Web Specialist

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.

Paid Advertising & Google Ads

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize return on investment.
  • Track, analyze, and present ad performance reports.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to support campaign development.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to improve search visibility.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance.

WordPress Development & Website Management

  • Manage, update, and customize WordPress websites for optimal performance.
  • Ensure website security, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Apply SEO best practices on-site and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Install and configure plugins to enhance functionality.

General Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing website, SEO, and ad performance.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and web development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and WordPress development.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
