We are now hiring 2 experienced Upwork/Fiverr Bidding Specialists to help us scale our international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Prepare compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients to build strong relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting bids into successful projects.
• Track, analyze, and report bidding performance and client engagement.
• Stay updated with freelancing marketplace trends, competition, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a bidding specialist on Upwork/Fiverr (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT, Digital Marketing, and Software Development services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of closing international projects with high client satisfaction.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
