dot media is seeking a highly analytical, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Islamabad. As an agency and content production house, we require a leader who can not only strategize and execute high-performing campaigns for multiple clients but also deeply integrate content and brand strategy into every digital initiative.
Location: On-site at F/6-4, D-Chowk, Islamabad Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (Revised)
- Client Management & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients. Conduct regular progress meetings, present campaign results and strategic plans, and manage client expectations to ensure strong, long-term relationships.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal team, including digital marketing executives, social media specialists, and media buyers. Delegate tasks effectively, ensure timely project completion, and conduct performance reviews.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple agency clients across various industries (B2B and B2C).
- Performance Marketing: Oversee and manage all Paid Advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) including budget allocation, bid strategy, and optimization to meet strict ROI/ROAS targets.
- Content Strategy & Oversight: Work closely with the content production team to ensure all visual and written content aligns with client brand strategy, SEO best practices, and campaign objectives.
- Copywriting & Messaging: Lead the development of high-converting copywriting for ads, landing pages, email marketing, and social media captions, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- SEO & Web Performance: Drive organic growth by developing and implementing technical and on-page SEO strategies; monitor website analytics and performance (Google Analytics 4).
- Reporting & Analysis: Establish clear KPIs and use data to measure campaign effectiveness, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and future growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Agency-Specific Skillset
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role, with at least 2 years at a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage teams and complex client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage paid media budgets ($5K+ monthly) and deliver high-impact results (Lead Generation, E-commerce Sales, Brand Awareness).
- Strong Project Management skills, capable of coordinating designers, content writers, and media buyers.
2. Technical & Strategic Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
3. Content, Copywriting & Branding
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a proven portfolio of ad copy and engaging content.
- Demonstrable experience in developing Content Strategy and mapping content (blog, video, social) to the customer journey/marketing funnel.
- Good understanding of Branding basics (brand voice, positioning, and visual identity) and the ability to ensure digital campaigns uphold client brand guidelines.
