Junior Digital Marketer

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketer with 6 months to 1 year of experience, specializing in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce creative posts and ad materials.
• Engage with online communities and maintain a consistent brand tone across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Good understanding of paid and organic social media marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in running social media ad campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
