We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our digital presence and showcase our premium projects across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Plan and implement a cohesive social media strategy focused on brand growth and engagement.
• Create engaging and trending posts, videos, reels and content that showcases our work and expertise in architecture, interior design and construction
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts with captions and hashtags tailored to our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with RAHI HOMES’ aesthetic and standards.

Video Editing & Content Creation:

• Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos (reels, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes).
• Capture and showcase the story behind our architectural and interior projects.
• Keep up with the latest trends in editing styles, transitions, and platform algorithms.

On-Site Videography:

• Visit active project sites to shoot in-progress updates, final reveals, and client testimonials.
• Direct and capture content that visually communicates RAHI HOMES’ design quality and craftsmanship.
• Analytics & Community Engagement:
• Monitor post performance and optimize content based on insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and build a strong online community.
• Propose new campaign ideas and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Gender: Open to all (must be comfortable with on-site shoots)

Experience: 1–2 years in social media/content creation, preferably with an architecture or creative firm.

Technical Skills: Proficient in post generation and video editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Creative Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, visual storytelling, and a love for architecture/design.

Other: Reliable, deadline-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel to project sites in twin cities.
