Position Title: Business Development & Events Manager

Job Purpose
To drive business growth by securing new clients and partnerships, and to oversee the planning and execution of catering and events to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, venues, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline/CRM of prospects and leads.
Event Management
- Work with clients to understand their event requirements and translate them into detailed plans.
- Coordinate internally with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Source and manage external suppliers (decor, AV, staffing, etc.) when required.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, timelines, and checklists.
- Lead onsite execution on event day; act as primary client contact.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve processes and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare monthly sales and event performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns for new services or packages.
- Suggest improvements to service offerings based on market trends and client feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new clients/events booked per quarter.
- Revenue growth from new and repeat business.
- Profit margin per event vs. budget.
- Client satisfaction/feedback scores.
- Timeliness and quality of event execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales/business development and/or event management within the hospitality, catering, or events industry.
- Well-established professional network and proven track record of developing business with high-profile clients such as embassies, government ministries, multinational corporations, and key sectors including Oil & Gas and Telecom.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
