IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, and business opportunities to enhance the organization’s competitive position. This role involves market intelligence, strategic planning, and fostering partnerships to strengthen business performance.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


Business Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market growth and revenue generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to enhance market positioning.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for new sales and expansion initiatives.


Sales Support & Commercial Planning

  • Align business development initiatives with sales objectives to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Develop frameworks to assess new market opportunities and emerging consumer trends.


Data-Driven Decision Making & GIS Support

  • Oversee GIS (Geographic Information System) Support to leverage data-driven insights for market penetration strategies.
  • Utilize market intelligence and geo-analytics to identify high-potential sales regions and business opportunities.
  • Ensure GIS-based decision-making supports strategic planning and sales growth initiatives.


Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operational teams, to execute business development plans.
  • Engage with external partners, industry associations, and government bodies to explore business synergies.
  • Support leadership in making informed strategic decisions based on data insights and market trends.


Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor Manager Business Development and Manager GIS Support , ensuring effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, agility, and strategic thinking.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure professional growth of the team.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or commercial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GIS-based decision-making and market intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
