We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Development & Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our international clients and partners. You will be the primary point of contact for our global clientele, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth within our partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our international clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through regular and effective communication, primarily via phone and video calls.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to align our products and services with their business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, account activity, and partnership development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a relationship management, account management, or channel development role, preferably with international clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with native-level fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with people over the phone and other virtual communication channels.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of business development principles and a strategic mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
