Key Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and tailor business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to gather accurate information for proposals.
  • Draft client-facing documents including introductory emails, capability statements, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update proposal content library and templates.
  • Ensure high-quality and deadline-driven delivery of all business documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or proposal writing (preferably in IT services).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills — ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
