Business Development Officer

Islamabad, Pakistan

Count Consult is looking for a Business Development Officer to drive client growth in the General Contractor and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach general contractors, builders, and developers to offer our services.
  • Conduct lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, and follow-ups to build a strong pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand construction drawings, takeoffs, and bidding processes to support client needs effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, and deal negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, takeoffs, and bidding processes.
  • Proven track record in preparing proposals and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Market knowledge in Islamabad and surrounding regions is a plus.
