Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support solution design.
• Work with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Support project planning, prioritization, and backlog management in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Conduct data analysis, create reports, and support decision-making with insights.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triaging, and issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data standards, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in documentation and requirements management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with workflow/process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, or software development lifecycles.
• Industry-specific knowledge (healthcare) is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
