Location: On-site, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Compensation: Salary + Performance Bonus

Your Role:

• Identify new opportunities and potential clients on Upwork & LinkedIn
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with technical teams to close projects
• Maintain relationships with international clients

What You Need:
✔ Proven Upwork bidding experience (mandatory)
✔ Strong communication & writing skills
✔ Goal-oriented mindset with the hunger to grow
✔ 1–2 years of experience in IT or freelance business development
