Business Developer

About the Role:
Sybrid is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Developer to join our team in Islamabad. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and present company services to potential customers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 3 years of experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
