We’re a global software development and IT services company serving clients across the USA, GCC, and Europe — and now we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive our next phase of growth.

Location: On-site, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Compensation: Salary + Attractive Sales Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the sales and bidding team (Upwork & direct sales)
• Build and execute international sales strategies
• Manage and expand client relationships across regions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams for proposal success

Requirements:
