Job Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing Sales Team members
  • Managing overall sales performance, sales targets, and customer relationships to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Oversee and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior Management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and to identify customer needs to develop solution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, visit customers, and gather feedback to improve service and sales efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities, acquire new corporate clients, and create business cases to attract clients
  • Work with cross-functional teams like commercial and operations to develop customized solutions
  • Prepare feasibility reports and maintain detailed customer records and tracking sheets

Job Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Retail Sales segment or Modern Sales Segment
  • Prior experience of FMCG or retail industry with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with North Region existing businesses
  • Experience in multiple modes of payments, credit sales and its recovery
