We are seeking a skilled and experienced VRF Technician responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems. VRF Technician

A VRF Sales Executive sells Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems, acting as a technical expert to consult with engineers, contractors, and clients, generating leads, presenting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing projects and understanding building automation (BMS/BAS) for large commercial and residential needs.<ul><li>Identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential clients (consulting engineers, architects, contractors).</li><li>Delivering technical presentations, explaining complex VRF/HVAC solutions, and addressing client needs.</li><li>Achieving monthly/annual sales goals and managing the full sales cycle.</li><li>Overseeing sales activities, ensuring project milestones are met, and coordinating with technical teams.</li><li>Maintaining accurate sales records.</li><li>Strong understanding of VRF systems, HVAC principles, and potentially BMS/BAS.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.</li><li>Focus on specific VRF brands or large-scale project types (e.g., data centers, hospitals).</li></ul>Note: Only shortlisted and related experience will be contacted.
