Tourist Guide

A Tourist Guide is responsible for accompanying visitors to tourist attractions, providing accurate information about historical, cultural, and natural sites, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable travel experience.

• Welcome and assist tourists throughout their journey.
• Provide information about destinations, local culture, history, and points of interest.
• Coordinate tours and travel itineraries.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of tourists.
• Answer visitor questions and address concerns professionally.
• Manage group activities and maintain schedules.
• Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and local service providers.
• Promote responsible tourism and local customs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of tourist destinations and local attractions.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in tourism

Note: The candidate should have Umrah Counselor experience.
