Umrah Counselor Intern

The Umrah Counselor Intern will assist in guiding and supporting prospective pilgrims throughout the Umrah booking process. The intern will learn about Umrah packages, documentation requirements, visa procedures, customer service, and sales while ensuring clients receive accurate information and excellent assistance.

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding Umrah packages, pricing, and travel schedules.
• Guide customers on required documents for Umrah visa processing.
• Support the preparation and verification of travel documents.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings and travel arrangements.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving basic queries professionally.
• Support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

• achelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Basic knowledge of Umrah procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
