About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and results-oriented Technical Sales Intern to join our team. This is not your average internship — we want someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and ready to contribute from day one.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. We are looking for candidates who have a strong command in at least one of the following areas and the drive to grow in the rest.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You Specialize In Any One of These:
1: Research & Prospecting
- You know how to identify the right leads and build targeted prospect lists
- You are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms
- You can qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
- You have experience or strong interest in cold outreach via Calls, email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- You can craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that get responses
2: Upwork
- You have hands-on experience working on Upwork as a freelancer or agency representative
- You know how to write winning proposals that stand out
- You understand how to position a service offering effectively to attract the right clients
- You are familiar with Upwork's algorithm, profile optimization, and bid strategies
- You have a track record of landing projects or a strong understanding of how to do so
3: Fiverr
- You have experience creating and managing Fiverr gigs
- You understand gig SEO, pricing strategies, and how to rank in search results
- You know how to communicate with buyers professionally and convert inquiries into orders
- You can manage client relationships and upsell effectively
- You have an active Fiverr presence or have previously generated sales through the platform
General Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and outreach data
- Assist in writing proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing communication
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
- Track outreach performance and share regular progress updates with the team
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging
- Learn and adapt quickly to the company's service offerings and target market
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field
Skills & Traits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — this is non-negotiable
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with research and spending time finding the right opportunities
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to grow
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, or digital services is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, or similar is preferred
