Sales Intern – Dubai

Job Summary

Hausfit Technical Services LLC is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-driven Sales Interns to join our growing team in Dubai.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals looking to start a career in sales within the fit-out, maintenance, MEP, construction, and technical services industry. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

The internship program will run for 3 months, during which interns will receive hands-on training in sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and business development. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Sales Executive position upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Support the sales team in promoting Hausfit's services, including fit-out works, maintenance, MEP services, painting, deep cleaning, marble restoration, and renovations.
  • Participate in client meetings and learn to understand customer requirements.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
