International Sales Intern

About the Role

DK Digital Solutions is looking for a Sales Intern to join our sales team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are passionate about building a career in sales, business development, and client communication.

Training

• 1-week unpaid training will be provided before the internship begins.
• Candidates who successfully complete the training will proceed to the paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Communicate with prospective clients through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work the evening/night shift.
