Real Estate Investment Manager

• Develop and execute real estate investment strategies in line with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Manage and optimize the company’s real estate portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, developers, and financial institutions.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.
• Oversee due diligence, legal documentation, and transaction processes.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to support investment decisions.
• Track ROI, cash flow, and risk metrics for existing assets.
