Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about Dubai’s property market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and provide professional advice on Dubai real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and legal processes.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales/customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate marketing tools.
