As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical and administrative aspects of the quotation and project support process. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and compliant preparation of proposals, supporting the sales team, and maintaining alignment with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Quotation Support: Prepare and issue accurate technical and commercial quotations based on customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales representatives to gather technical details and client requirements. Support the team in preparing competitive, technically sound proposals.
  • Client Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, quotations, and delivery timelines. Ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Quotation & Project Tracking: Monitor the status of all quotations and technical proposals. Follow up on pending quotes, assist in converting them into confirmed orders, and support any required documentation revisions.
  • Tender/Bidding Document Preparation: Prepare and compile comprehensive tender and bidding documents in alignment with client specifications, legal requirements, and internal standards. Ensure timely submission and compliance with all procedural and technical requirements of the tendering process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support role, with a focus on quotation preparation, pricing, or sales administration.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
