As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Tender Executive to join our dynamic team.Job Description: As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical and administrative aspects of the quotation and project support process. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and compliant preparation of proposals, supporting the sales team, and maintaining alignment with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and product management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Technical Quotation Support: Prepare and issue accurate technical and commercial quotations based on customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.</li><li>Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales representatives to gather technical details and client requirements. Support the team in preparing competitive, technically sound proposals.</li><li>Client Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, quotations, and delivery timelines. Ensure timely and professional communication.</li><li>Quotation &amp; Project Tracking: Monitor the status of all quotations and technical proposals. Follow up on pending quotes, assist in converting them into confirmed orders, and support any required documentation revisions.</li><li>Tender/Bidding Document Preparation: Prepare and compile comprehensive tender and bidding documents in alignment with client specifications, legal requirements, and internal standards.
