Technical Sales Person

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Person to join our team in the Building & Construction Materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts.
  • Promote company’s products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Generate leads, convert them into successful deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales agreements effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support clients in selecting optimal construction materials.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and provide accurate forecasts and reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Building & Construction Materials.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must own a motorcycle for field visits.
