We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Person to join our team in the Building & Construction Materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts.
- Promote company’s products and services to meet customer requirements.
- Generate leads, convert them into successful deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales agreements effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support clients in selecting optimal construction materials.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Building & Construction Materials.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must own a motorcycle for field visits.
