We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Person to join our team in the Sales &amp; Marketing of Construction related Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building long-term relationships with Developers, Architects, and Contractors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts.</li><li>Promote company&rsquo;s products and services to meet customer requirements.</li><li>Generate leads, convert them into successful deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.</li><li>Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales agreements effectively.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support clients in selecting optimal construction materials.</li><li>Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales &amp; Marketing.</li><li>Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Sales &amp; Marketing of Construction &amp; Chemical related products.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.</li><li>Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Must have own transportation with valid license.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Market Competitive Salary with Allowances &amp; Perks.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Supportive and performance-driven team culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Technical Sales &amp; Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
