Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer with experience in waterproofing and construction-related products. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical solutions, ensuring product quality at project sites, and building long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and specify company products with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions from the company’s product portfolio.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor product application and performance.
  • Ensure quality assurance at project sites in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage client accounts, and provide effective post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and site inspections.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BS Civil)

Experience

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience as a Technical Sales Engineer is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical Sales Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
