Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Online accountant cum Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company accounts driving sales of our technical services through online channels, such as whatsapp, virtual meetings, email, and online demonstrations. This individual should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
• Conduct internal audits and enforce financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through virtual communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the online market
• Provide technical support to clients and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our services
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of online sales techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Proficiency in using online platforms, CRM software, MS office, google sheets, droppbox and other sales tools
• Knowledge of the technical products or services being sold is preferred
