We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional sales (Karachi) operations and drive business growth for LV/MV switchgears, generator control panels, synchronization systems, and associated power solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales expertise and proven success in industrial and infrastructure markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage regional sales activities specifically for LV/MV Switchgears, Generator Control Panels, and Industrial Automation Solutions.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets and expand our market footprint.
- Business Development: Identify and convert new opportunities within industrial plants, telecom, infrastructure, and EPC projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong partnerships with end clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and distributors.
- Project Oversight: Manage the full sales lifecycle, including tenders, technical proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and after-sales teams to guarantee seamless customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Prepare forecasts and monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- BS Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics)
- OR
- DAE / B-Tech with MBA
- Experience:
- Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in technical / industrial sales
- Strong background in:
- Switchgears (LV/MV)
- Generator control & synchronization systems
- Power systems, automation, or industrial equipment
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, SLDs, and power solutions.
- Market experience is strongly preferred.
