ASSIST SALES MANAGER

Duty Timing 8:30 am to 6 pm

Salary 40,000- 50000 (or as per experience)

Responsibilities :

· Sales planning: Assisting with sales planning and forecasting

· Sales team supervision: Supervising the sales team and mentoring them

· Performance monitoring: Monitoring sales performance and generating reports for senior management

· Customer inquiries: Handling customer inquiries and issues

· Budget management: Assisting with budget management

· Sales activities coordination: Coordinating sales activities and meetings

· Team morale: Fostering team morale

· New business: Establishing and maintaining business relationships with new clients

· Existing clients: Retaining existing clients

· Sales presentations: Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and materials

· Sales training: Participating in sales training and professional development opportunities

Some skills that are important for an ASM include: Communication, Leadership, Problem-solving, and Knowledge of CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
