Sales Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Outreach Specialist Intern to join our Cyber Security department at Nexus Technologies.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about cyber security sales, confident in client acquisition, and comfortable with professional client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, calls, and professional networks
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and technical teams
  • Professional appearance for client meetings
  • Serve as primary point of contact throughout the client engagement process
  • Follow up on meetings, proposals, and client inquiries promptly
  • Manage calendars and schedule follow-up activities
  • Document all client interactions and meeting outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up summaries
  • Support proposal preparation and client documentation
  • Track lead status and progress through sales pipeline

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in client coordination or customer service roles
  • Prior experience in client coordination or customer service (preferred)
  • Experience with professional communication and follow-up processes
  • Proactive in follow-up and client communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Quick learner with ability to understand Cyber Security concepts for client discussions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
