Job Title: Business Development Intern – Training Programme

About the Role:

Zigron is launching a dedicated Training Center, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to join us on-site. This role is ideal for someone from a Business or Social Sciences background with experience or interest in curriculum development and academic programme structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on emerging trends in education and workforce development.
• Identify in-demand skills and propose relevant training program themes.
• Design beginner-to-intermediate level course outlines and structured learning paths.
• Benchmark academic and professional training curriculums from leading institutions.
• Propose project-based learning opportunities with industry-relevant evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with trainers, curriculum designers, and institutional partners. Build academic and industry partnerships to scale the training initiative.
• Assist in business planning, marketing strategies, and outreach activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, or Social Sciences.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, learning design, or educational program structuring.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in training, EdTech, or academic program planning is a plus
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
