Position Overview

Our Experience Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Specialist to act as a technical liaison between our products and our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has a strong foundation in electronics. You'll be responsible for conducting compelling product demonstrations, providing technical expertise, and ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Product Demonstrations: Lead engaging and informative product demos for prospective and existing clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and technical capabilities of our products.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical expert for our product line, addressing client questions and troubleshooting issues during and after demonstrations.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams, including engineering and product development, to inform future product enhancements.
• Content Creation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, demo scripts, and training materials.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and our own product updates to ensure demos are always relevant and accurate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong electronics background with hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and master them.
• Customer-centric mindset with a desire to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pre-sales, product specialist, or field applications engineering role.
