We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Pakistan market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
· Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans to achieve targets.
· Manage the end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure business growth.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Proven track record at least 1 year in Business Development or Partnerships.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in Fintech, Lending, and Payments is a plus.
