Business Developer Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the Pakistan market for our Asset Management & Maintenance Software. This role requires strong skills in lead generation, client communication, and software sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in industrial areas, factories, hospitals, and restaurants where machinery/equipment maintenance software can be applied.
  • Generate and qualify leads using online platforms, databases, and professional networking tools.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to targeted businesses, introduce company software, and schedule demo sessions.
  • Present product features and benefits to decision-makers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and report daily/weekly lead generation and conversion updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, software sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani B2B market.
  • Familiar with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
