Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Upwork Business Analyst to work on-site at our DHA Phase 3 (Y Block) office in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience working on Upwork and other freelance platforms, with a strong understanding of how to build and grow new profiles, identify opportunities, and close projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize a new Upwork profile for Matlay from scratch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position our services effectively.
• Identify and bid on high-potential projects that align with our core offerings.
• Draft tailored, persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and value proposition.
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and assist in project scoping and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
• Track performance metrics and regularly report on progress, bids, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development or analysis on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of Upwork’s algorithm, bidding strategy, and client communication.
• Experience in building and optimizing new profiles from the ground up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
