Franchise Manager

The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting franchise operations to ensure brand consistency, profitability, and sustainable growth. This role involves managing relationships with franchise partners, monitoring compliance with company standards, driving business development, and implementing strategies to maximize performance across franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve franchise business goals and expansion targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new franchise partners.
• Provide training and guidance to franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational policies, and legal requirements.
• Monitor franchise performance through regular audits, KPIs, and financial analysis.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with franchisees to ensure effective communication and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support franchise growth and profitability.
• Resolve franchisee concerns and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry regulations affecting franchise operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in franchise management, business development, or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and drive profitability.
• Knowledge of franchise laws, agreements, and compliance standards.
• Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations.
