Business Developer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working with business development platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, etc. and possess a strong understanding of online bidding, lead generation, and client communication. Knowledge of SEO is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B portals
• Write effective proposals and follow up with potential clients
• Build strong client relationships and maintain communication throughout the project cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or online bidding
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
