We’re Hiring – Business Development (Projects & Tenders) for Paint Industry

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle private & government projects/tenders in the paint industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify & secure government & private tenders/projects

• Build relations with contractors, architects, builders & government departments

• Prepare & submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents

• Achieve business targets through projects & institutional sales

Requirements:

• 3–8 years’ experience in tendering/projects (Paints/Building Materials preferred)

• Strong knowledge of GeM, e-procurement, CPWD, PWD, PSU tenders

• Strong industry network & client relationship skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
