Sales Manager – Real Estate (Under-Construction Apartments)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to handle the sales of under-construction apartments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B sales, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales for under-construction apartments through B2B and direct channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.

Present and explain project details to potential buyers and investors in a professional manner.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of proven sales experience in real estate (apartments/under-construction projects preferred).

Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies and client handling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Strong networking skills with market knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
