What You’ll Do

As a Social Media / Business Development Manager, you’ll be the bridge between brand storytelling and business growth. Your role will combine client acquisition, partnership building, and social media leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Research, prospect, and develop new client opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals that are mutually beneficial (win-win).
  • Represent Blackbird Media at networking events and industry functions.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives through creative strategies.
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that grow visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and oversee content that aligns with brand voice and client needs.
  • Manage campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
