Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow AHK Global Solutions’ social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving engagement, and increasing follower growth across all digital platforms. This role requires strong content creation skills, a good eye for design, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, captions) to enhance brand storytelling.
- Grow followers and engagement organically through creative campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
- Run paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) to boost reach and lead generation.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry news to identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversion) using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional, high-quality standard.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Creative thinker with knowledge of current digital trends and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Plus Point)
- Experience with B2B social media marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO basics to complement social strategies.
- Ability to manage paid ad campaigns with budget optimization.
- Portfolio of past social media campaigns.
