Social Media Manager

About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital engagement? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and grow our community across platforms. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand—crafting content, managing campaigns, and driving conversations that connect and convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Monitor trends, track performance, and adjust strategy based on analytics and insights.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and real-time interaction with followers.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s algorithm and content trends.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with a knack for visual storytelling.
