Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing content calendars, coordinating with designers and account managers, and ensuring top-tier execution of social strategies for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for various clients.
• Work closely with PODs to deliver cohesive brand communication.
• Write compelling captions, trend-driven post ideas, and engaging copy for reels, carousels, and stories.
• Stay up to date with trends and platform updates across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Review and approve content before posting, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Monitor client accounts for engagement and community responses.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely completion of visual assets.
• Coordinate with the Ads Manager for boosting posts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands or within an agency setting.
• Strong command over content writing and creative ideation.
• Familiarity with content planning tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts without compromising on quality.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Followers, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Know-how of Meta Business Suite and TikTok scheduling tools.
• A background in fashion, e-commerce, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
• Photography or content shoot coordination experience.
