Assistant Manager (Commercial Excellence)

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Support field force operations (monthly expenses, tour plans).
  • Compile and manage distributors’ daily sales reports.
  • Track departmental expenses and coordinate with Finance.
  • Facilitate marketing services (hotel bookings, travel reservations).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams.
  • Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA (preferred) with 3–5 years’ relevant experience (Pharma industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & SAP B1.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.
