Assistant Manager PPC

What You'll Do?

• Monitor daily/weekly Plan vs. Actual production performance
• Track WIP across all stages (cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, packing)
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing & production teams
• Prepare production reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Support raw material & trims planning with procurement
• Maintain ERP/MIS records with accurate data

What We're looking For?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (Operations major)
• 3–4 years’ PPC experience (preferably in garment export house/fashion retail)
• Team player with follow-up discipline and strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
