Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experienced Social Media & Ads Expert at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Education/Qualification:
Graduation in Marketing, IT or any relevant field.

Experience:
2-5 years with a minimum of 1 year solid experience in running Ads (Meta & Google)

Timings:
11am to 8 pm standard office timings

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

• Plan, create, and optimize lead generation and eCommerce sales campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
• Manage and scale various types of Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
• Optimize Meta Ads for high return on investment (ROI).
• Set up and track conversion events using Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience research, and competitive analysis to enhance ad effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns and social media strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of all types of Meta and Google Ads, including technical setups and tracking.
• Proficiency in managing ad budgets and optimizing performance across channels.
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and execute social media creative posts, articles and blogs to increase brand visibility and drive extensive audience to our platforms
• Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, blogs, articles, images, and videos for better audience engagement
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and respond to comments and messages on time
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Experience in writing creative and technical articles and blog posts
