Job Summary

Axisprotech is seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will drive impactful social media strategies, focusing on running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and managing social media accounts for international audiences, particularly in the USA and Canada. With at least 2 years of experience in Meta ads and social media handling, you will play a key role in boosting brand engagement and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and meet business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Meta ads campaigns, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Oversee daily social media operations across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and schedule engaging content, monitor audience interactions, and foster community growth.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and platform-specific insights to deliver actionable reports and recommendations.
• Stay informed on social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, with a focus on USA and Canada markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader digital strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries and handle crisis communications on social platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running Meta ads and managing social media accounts.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing ad campaigns for ROI, with experience targeting international audiences (USA and Canada preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday) to support international time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media campaigns for brands targeting the USA and Canada.
