Job Title: SEO Specialist (2+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and implement effective search engine optimization strategies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with proven experience in improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for targeted keywords.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for site performance, crawlability, and indexation issues.
- Build and manage backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms (Google updates), and tools.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Manage Google My Business profile actively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Proficiency in on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, content optimization).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (site structure, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization).
- Experience with link building strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Understanding of content marketing and social media integration.
- Proven track record in managing SEO campaigns for USA-based profiles.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
